**House Manager Weekends and Second Shift Availability****Job Summary**We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Cap City Supported Living in Hilliard, Ohio. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our clients in their own homes. This is a full-time position with weekends and second shift availability.**Responsibilities:*** Manage and coordinate care for clients, including developing and implementing personalized care plans* Supervise and train caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service* Conduct client assessments and evaluate care plans to ensure effectiveness* Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers* Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client health and well-being* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports**Ideal Candidate:*** Willingness to work weekends and second shifts* Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social services setting* Strong leadership and organizational skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team* Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care**What We Offer:**(Please note that benefits information is not available at this time.
