To be clear about what I’m looking for, I need someone who is comfortable with both cooking and housekeeping. Duties may include preparing meals, cleaning the kitchen and general areas, dishes, laundry, and other light household tasks. There may also occasionally be light babysitting or supervision for our 7-year-old daughter, so being comfortable around children is important. For cooking, we will provide the groceries. You can let us know what meals you’re comfortable preparing and what ingredients are needed, and we can order everything ahead of time so it is ready when you arrive. The days I’m currently considering are Sunday afternoon/evening and Thursday evening. I plan to start with one day on an on-call basis, beginning with a one-day paid trial so we can both see if the arrangement is a good fit. If everything goes well, I expect to gradually increase the number of days and hours throughout the year. My budget is $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience and the duties involved, with $20 per hour being my maximum rate. I want to be upfront about that so we both know whether the position is a good fit before scheduling an interview. Before starting, I’d like to do a short interview by phone, video, or in person. Because there may occasionally be childcare involved, I’d also like to discuss references and/or a background check. If you’re still interested, please send me your hourly rate, Sunday/Thursday availability, cooking experience and examples of meals you can prepare, housekeeping experience, and any childcare experience you may have. Again, I apologize for the delayed response, and thank you for your patience. Please visit to view full details and to apply. Lots of jobs to choose from!
