Job Duties

• Sort and organize incoming and outgoing packages
• Handle shipments containing clothing, accessories, and makeup products
• Scan, label, and route packages to the correct destinations
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Package Handler.
