Our client, a leading luxury brand, is seeking an Import & Export Warehouse Specialist to join their growing logistics and operations team in Jersey City, NJ.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in international logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments.Prepare and review import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and international trade requirements.Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation, customs, or delivery issues.Partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely product movement.Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse receiving, shipping, and cycle count activities.Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies and shipment variances.Process transactions within ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems.Support warehouse organization and ensure products are handled according to company standards.Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements.Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and reporting related to international trade operations.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in import/export logistics, international transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations.Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceWhat's OfferedCompetitive salary + bonusMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPTO packageCollaborative, global team environment
